These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Xelmerot AI platform and website operated by Xelmerot AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 12 Finsbury Square, London, EC2A 1PX, United Kingdom. By using the platform or submitting an access request, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Access

Access to the Xelmerot AI digital workspace is granted at the discretion of Xelmerot AI Ltd following a structured access request process. Submission of a request does not guarantee access. Xelmerot AI Ltd reserves the right to decline any access request without providing reasons.

Access credentials are personal and must not be shared with or transferred to any other individual or organisation. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials.

2. Permitted Use

Users may access and use the Xelmerot AI platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the platform or contact channels.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Share, resell or redistribute access to the platform or its features without written consent from Xelmerot AI Ltd.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, interface elements, documentation and materials published by Xelmerot AI Ltd are the intellectual property of Xelmerot AI Ltd or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or create derivative works from platform content without prior written permission.

4. Platform Availability

Xelmerot AI Ltd endeavours to maintain the availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime where possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xelmerot AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the platform. Our total liability in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. No Warranties

The Xelmerot AI platform and all content provided through it are offered on an "as is" basis. Xelmerot AI Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any platform content or automated output. Platform results are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

7. Suspension and Termination

Xelmerot AI Ltd may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these terms or if there is reason to believe that your use of the platform is unlawful or harmful. We will notify you of any suspension or termination where reasonably practicable.

8. Privacy

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy before using the platform or submitting personal information.

9. Changes to These Terms

Xelmerot AI Ltd may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
